Centrifuge tubes are disposable laboratory consumables made of high-molecular polypropylene (PP), used for preparing, mixing, centrifuging or storing solid and liquid samples and reagents. Screw tubes are suitable for cell and bacterial cryopreservation and can also be used for refrigerated storage of routine reagents. Their use is based on the cold-shock characteristics of cells and bacteria in ultra-low-temperature environments. Screw-capped tubes withstand ultra-low-temperature freezers, do not deform at low temperatures and have tightly sealed tube mouths that reduce the risk of contamination. A multi-color cap design allows rapid differentiation of different samples.

Reagent bottles are mainly used for the storage and transportation of special chemicals, diagnostic reagents, biological products, adhesives and pharmaceuticals. Their materials are mainly glass or plastic. Glass reagent bottles are fragile and difficult to clean, while plastic reagent bottles – with strong mechanical properties and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion – are gradually becoming the mainstream choice.
